Apr/May 2021 – The art of authenticity

Can you believe it’s April already? In the sage words of Mary Poppins, “When the world turns upside down, the best thing to do is to turn right along with it.” This applies to all of us as we continue with this strange new world of social distances and masks, and who better have we learnt about bravery and keeping your “Head up and feet beneath you” than our Super Survivor.

Read how being informed and survivorship can make this journey easier. I have tried to do the massive subject of complementary care justice but have merely opened the cover to further informative sessions. I love the nutritional advice; soya such an important ‘food group’, the ‘ketchup’ of adults.

So, remember a “A cover is not the book, so open it up and have a look” at this informative 50th issue. Yes, you read correctly, 50th issue! What a great milestone!

And, proof that “Everything is possible even the impossible.”
